Tour Preferences
Choose one of our sample experiences or request something bespoke. All tours are private (max 6) and delivered in a premium electric vehicle powered by Orkney’s renewable energy.
Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposit: A 25% non‑refundable deposit secures your booking.
- Balance: Due 1 month before your first tour day.
- Payments: Bank transfer (preferred) or secure online card payment. Phone payments available.
- Cancellations: 4 weeks or more before the tour by the customer – 100% refund, less £15pp admin fee. 4 weeks or less before the tour by the customer – no refund. 4 weeks or less before the tour by the customer due to cruise ship cancellation – 75% refund, less £15pp admin fee.
- Weather & travel disruption: We’ll always try to reschedule where possible. Otherwise, standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend suitable travel insurance.
Travel Sustainably
Explore responsibly in our fully electric vehicle — quieter, cleaner, and powered by Orkney’s renewable energy. Please bring a reusable water bottle; we provide refills and avoid single‑use plastics while supporting local producers.
